Family law matter, Probates & Estate Administration, Court cases. Basically any matter where the amount of work needing to be done is unknown or hard to estimate.
We give you an estimate as to costs at each stage of your matter. We keep you updated on costs all the way through until your file so you won’t be in the dark as to costs.
We accept various convenient payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa & MasterCard), EFTPOS, cash and bank transfers. Please note a bank surcharge of 1.4% applies to all card payments.
Disbursements are any payments made to third parties on your behalf. They can include search fees, government fees, court costs & barrister fees. We always let you know exact or approximate disbursement costs up front.
